Displayed prices are minimum estimates; the exact cost depends on details provided in the brief.

Unless commercial rights are purchased at an additional fee, twice the initial cost, all commission prices are intended for personal use except specified otherwise.

Upon obtaining commercial rights, clients can utilise the work on digital platforms for monetisation.

Immediate notice to the artist regarding the transfer or disowning of ownership of the work is required before taking action.

False claims, art theft, reproduction, and modification without consent from the artist are prohibited. Non-compliance results in a permanent ban and precludes future collaboration.

Use of the work to promote illegality is prohibited.

Use of the work for AI (Artificial Intelligence) and ML (Machine Learning) tools, platforms, programs, or training of NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), blockchain, or similar for non-profit and profit purposes is prohibited.

Client is required to fill out the order form (which can be requested from the artist) to their best accuracy and honesty and make an upfront payment corresponding to each commission type. Failure to do one or both will result in an inability to provide the client with the queue reservation and further commencement of work.

Client is required to specify additional details for any time-sensitive release that will be provided in the commission order form. Failure to do so grants the artist the right to display the work at any time without the client's consent.

Client is responsible for providing essential information, precise descriptions, and references on commission brief to the artist to the best of their ability (either via the order form or through direct conversation with the artist). Failure to do so may result in the inability to complete the commission to the client's satisfaction, for which the artist will not be held responsible.

Client should respond in a timely manner; the artist is not responsible for late delivery due to the client's negligent communication. No response for 4 weeks and later without notice will result in the termination of the work with no refund.

Work duration varies between 1 and 30 working days, and will start from the queueing date notified. Please note that the queue and deadline are subject to change depending on the preceding queue, which the client will be informed of.

Two payments should be made, first being a 50% upfront payment and last being the remaining balance.
